Concrete Washout

Hardened concrete left over when mixer trucks and pump lines get rinsed out. It sets into irregular chunks, from fines up to fist sized, and it gets used as bulk fill where the grade does not have to be precise.
At the end of a pour, mixer drums and pump lines have to be flushed. That slurry hardens into chunky, irregular pieces, anywhere from fines up to fist sized and bigger. It is a byproduct, not a product, so it changes with the mix it came from and with how long it cured before it was collected. No two loads look the same.
Economical alternative to virgin stone. Reduces landfill waste. Excellent drainage and compaction. Ideal for temporary or utility-grade applications in Greater New Orleans construction projects.
Base course, subgrade stabilization, road fill, temporary roads, parking areas, landscaping borders, erosion control, industrial site prep. Not recommended for exposed finish surfaces or structural concrete.
